SAN processing aid is an ultra-high-molecular-weight functional styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer. Its high-molecular-chain structure rapidly diffuses and interweaves during PVC processing to actively regulate the plasticization process and improve melt processability. It requires no complex formula and is compatible with extrusion, foaming and forming processes of various rigid and semi-rigid PVC grades. It mitigates processing defects and enhances finished-product properties including appearance, hardness and heat resistance. It serves as a universal additive for improving the quality and production efficiency of PVC products.
