Acrylic Impact Modifier is core-shell copolymer,lotion polymerization lotion is usually used in seed lotion polymerization, including traditional emulsion polymerization and core-shell emulsion polymerization. It’s core is a kind of acrylate polymer with low degree of crosslinking, and its shell is methyl methacrylate graft copolymer. The modifier of the structure is cross-linked by adding typical crosslinking monomer, so that it’s core has good elasticity. The shell is a high glass temperature polymer, and the particles are easily separated, and can be dispersed evenly to the engineering plastic matrix and interact with engineering plastics. Therefore, the modifier can improve the impact resistance and promote the gel and plasticization of engineering plastics. Improve the toughness of PVC products.
