As the most widely used core internal lubricant additive in the PVC processing industry, this product is specifically designed to optimize the melt rheological behavior of polyvinyl chloride. Proven through extensive production practice over the years, it has become a key functional component for achieving efficient and stable processing of both rigid and flexible PVC products. The molecular structure of this product skillfully combines polar anchoring groups with a long-chain alkane backbone, ensuring good compatibility with PVC resin. During processing, it can uniformly penetrate between the macromolecular chains, and through transient physicochemical adsorption of its polar groups, it effectively reduces internal friction between chain segments, significantly lowering melt viscosity and shear heat. This gently promotes the plastication process, precisely preventing common processing defects such as under-plastication, over-plastication, and localized overheating decomposition, thereby ensuring a high degree of consistency in both the internal quality and surface appearance of the finished products.


This product's main categories cover polyol esters, higher fatty alcohols, and complex fatty acid derivatives, offering outstanding advantages such as high lubrication efficiency, extremely low exudation, no blooming tendency, and excellent transparency. It maintains good compatibility and synergy with various heat stabilizers, including calcium-zinc, organotin, and lead-based systems, and consistently delivers effective internal lubrication across different processing shear rates. It is widely suitable for multiple molding processes such as extrusion, injection molding, calendering, blow molding, and foaming. Addition of this product effectively reduces the main motor current and torque load of equipment, increases throughput, and saves energy, while imparting a smooth, delicate surface finish to the final products with no hazy fog or water marks. It also steadily enhances mechanical properties such as impact toughness and tensile strength.


This product finds extensive applications in numerous fields, including building water supply and drainage pipes, energy-saving window and door profiles, high-transparency packaging sheets, wire and cable sheathing, artificial leather, and medical soft tubing. The recommended addition level varies depending on the formulation and processing conditions: typically 0.8–1.5 phr for rigid PVC and 0.3–1.0 phr for flexible PVC. In actual production, it is often used in combination with external lubricants to achieve a dynamic lubrication balance and maximize the processing window. The product is supplied in standard 25 kg packaging and should be stored in a cool, dry place in sealed containers. It is well suited for industrial mass production as well as the manufacturing of high-end environmentally friendly products.
