Ca Zn composite stabilizer is specially developed for PVC processing and formulated with modified organic calcium-zinc systems. The product has passed SGS testing with no heavy metal precipitation. During high-temperature processing, it can long-term inhibit PVC decomposition, significantly improve initial color retention and long-term thermal stability, and eliminate blooming and precipitation defects on product surfaces. Equipped with a balanced internal and external lubrication system, it is compatible with extrusion, calendering, injection molding and other processes. It is widely used in high-safety products including children’s plastic articles, food packaging and medical flexible hoses.
