The application of MBS impact modifier  in PVC film has significant advantages, including improving the impact resistance and processing flowability of PVC film while maintaining material transparency. MBS is a high-performance material composed of methyl methacrylate, butadiene, and styrene copolymer, and its unique core-shell structure endows it with excellent modification ability.


MBS impact modifier can significantly improve the impact resistance of PVC film. Due to the core-shell structure of MBS resin, the butadiene core can absorb and disperse energy when subjected to external impact, effectively preventing brittle fracture of the material. This impact resistance is particularly important for the production of PVC films that require high strength and toughness, such as cling film and decorative film.


MBS impact modifier can significantly improve the cold resistance and processing flowability of PVC film.
