The introduction of PVC foaming regulator

PVC foaming regulator is a copolymer of methacrylate and acrylate raw materials formed by special lotion polymerization process, also known as ACR or Foam regulator.

1. Promoting plasticizing processing aids: This type is widely used in hard PVC products, mainly to promote plasticization, improve melt rheological properties, enhance the dispersibility of other additives, and improve the apparent quality of the products.

Suitable for most PVC products such as profiles, pipes, plates (rolls), etc., with a reference dosage of 1-2 phr

2. Foaming regulator: PVC foaming regulator, due to its high molecular weight, can significantly improve the melt strength of PVC materials, effectively encapsulate foaming gas, form a uniform honeycomb structure, and prevent gas from escaping. At the same time, PVC foaming regulator is also beneficial for the dispersion of other additives, including foaming agents, improving the surface quality of products and enhancing glossiness

Suitable for foam boards, foam rods, foam pipes, foam profiles, foam wood plastic, etc., with a reference dosage of 4-8 phr

3. External lubricating processing aid: It has the same good metal stripping properties as oxidized polyethylene wax, but the difference is that it has good compatibility with PVC, can increase processing plasticization performance to a certain extent, improve melt rheological properties, and does not change the hot forming performance during extrusion processing. It prevents the haze effect caused by lubricant precipitation in transparent products.

Suitable for formulations or equipment with high process requirements, especially for transparent sheets, foam profiles, foam boards, and foam wood plastics. Reference dosage 0.5-2phr
