PVC lubricants play a vital role in PVC processing, contributing to improved performance and quality. They can be classified into two main categories: PVC internal lubricants and PVC external lubricants.

PVC Lubricant GH-60 is based on neutral dicarboxylic acid ester of saturated fatty alcohols. It is white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing powder, odourless.

GH-60 is a lubricant used in rigid or soft PVC application, it is highly compatible all-round lubricant also suitable for other additives. It is applicable to many kinds of processing conditions. GH-60 can effectively lower friction heat generation, promoting improved melt fluidity,promote plasticize of melt, improve impact strength and surface gloss.

It can be widely used in transparent sheets, window profiles, foam board and pipes.
