Some people may ask why SAN processing aids can efficiently adapt to SPC systems. The SPC formula contains a high amount of calcium carbonate filling, making it difficult for ordinary additives to evenly plasticize the material. SAN processing aid itself has excellent compatibility with PVC matrix, which drives the overall softening of resin during high-temperature processing stage, avoiding uneven plasticization speed of materials and improving the internal structure of the substrate from the root.
Long term use of traditional ACR additives can easily weaken the toughness of finished products, while SAN processing aid have a unique molecular structure. It does not simply accelerate the plasticization speed, but rather balances and regulates the melt state. During high-speed extrusion production, the toughness of the melt is improved and the discharge is smoother.

For large-scale production, it can not only improve the appearance quality but also reduce the probability of finished product scrap.
