3.Mechanism of action
CPE: During the PVC processing, CPE undergoes plasticization to form a certain three-dimensional network structure under certain shear and heat effects. However, the processing conditions for CPE are quite demanding, and temperatures that are too low or too high may result in the inability to form or damage the network structure.
ACR: ACR is a core-shell structure, with a soft elastic core that endows the product with impact resistance; Its shell has good compatibility with PVC, and the shell surrounding the core can isolate the modifier particles from each other, forming fine powder particles that can flow freely. This structure helps to promote the dispersion of the modifier in the polymer matrix and enhance the interaction between the modifier and PVC resin, thereby improving the impact resistance of the product.
