SPC and WPC boards contain a large amount of stone powder and wood powder fillers, which easily cause delayed plasticization, poor material fluidity and uneven powder dispersion during production, resulting in rough surfaces, flow marks, black spots, scratches, brittleness, insufficient toughness and dimensional deformation of boards. The dedicated HTX additive effectively improves material compatibility, promotes full integration of resin and powder, and achieves more uniform plasticization and stable discharging.

This product has excellent melt strengthening performance. Even under harsh production conditions with high filling and high shear, it can stabilize melt tension, avoid melt fracture, die residue and board wave marks, and ensure accurate dimensions and flat appearance of SPC and WPC boards. Furthermore, without affecting the hardness, rigidity and wear resistance of boards, this additive improves the low-temperature toughness and bending resistance of products, reduces cracking, warping and deformation, and significantly increases the finished product yield.
