ACR (Acrylic Processing Aid) is a commonly used plasticizing processing aid in PVC product processing. It can effectively control the phenomenon of melt fracture, promote the gel plasticization of PVC, and improve the plasticizing quality. During PVC processing, ACR can reasonably increase the melting torque and balance torque of materials, shorten the gel plasticizing time of materials, and reduce the processing temperature.
